For the patties;
500g Beef mince
1 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 tbsp dijon Mustard
1 tbsp onion jam
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp Fennel seeds
¼ cup Bread crumbs
For the burgers;
3 brioche buns
Ashgrove bush pepper cheese
Dill pickles
Rocket leaves
Onion jam


Step 1 add beef mince and salt to a bowl, bring together with fingertips. Add remaining pattie ingredients and knead together. Roll into bun size burgers.

Step 2 Place burgers over the grill of the OzPig, cook for 3-5 minutes on each side.

To serve, layer burger by placing the patty down first and top with cheese, onion jam, rocket leaves, dill pickles and top with brioche buns.
